Happy Friday, friends! And Happy March! It is baby month! I’ve been really productive this week, and now that it’s the end of the week, I am completely exhausted. Also, I woke up with a sore throat so that puts a huge damper on things too.
ONE: On Saturday, Shae and I had the ultimate day of dates. We spent the entire day out and about and had the best time! The morning started off with him getting a haircut and me going to Target for a few things. Once he was done, we went to Mod Pizza and grabbed a quick lunch before our appointment to get pedicures. This was Shae’s first ever pedicure and he said it was “life-changing.” Haha! After pedicures, we then headed to Walmart to see what the huge Baby Sale was all about. It was truthfully incredibly disappointing, but we got a few things for the girls. The Upside was playing at 2:30, so we hurried over and caught a movie. We loved this movie! Definitely recommend seeing it! The movie got over around 5pm so it was perfect to go to dinner. One of our favorite places to eat when we lived in North Carolina was Crazy Fire Mongolian Grill, so I found us a Mongolian grill! It was so delicious!
ONE: I hadn’t uploaded a new video to my YouTube channel in over a month, but finally got one up! I really want to get back into filming again but to be completely honest, sitting at my computer has been so uncomfortable. I’ve strictly been blogging from my phone which has been a challenge, but editing videos takes WAY more time. Anyway, if you’d like to see what we were up to on Valentine’s Day, go check out our video here!
Hey guys! Happy Friday! It has been a low key week for the most part for us, but somehow I’m feeling more tired than ever. Here is what we have been up to this week!
ONE: We spent the weekend with LOTS of snow. We were bundled up and hunkered down all weekend. I also did our taxes, Everlee got her first very own hot cocoa (which she guzzled right down) and we watched a lot of movies!
Happy Friday, friends! If you live in the PNW, did you enjoy the snow this week? We sure did! We thought we completely missed out on snow this winter so it was quite the surprise.
ONE: We have spent A LOT of time coloring this week. We gave Everlee one book she can color in and it’s ginormous! We really need to get crayons but she really loves these colored pencils and she’s getting so good at holding them!
Happy Friday, everyone! I hope you all had a great week. While I’m looking forward to the weekend, we are sad because Shae has staff duty all day Saturday and won’t be home until Sunday. Since the Super Bowl is Sunday, we are just going to have a low-key day but have a bunch of snacks all day. I hope you guys eat all the yummy treats you can!
ONE: Shae’s mom came and visited last weekend. We just had a relaxing time at the house and visited. We ended up taking a nice walk down to the lake and letting Penelope go swimming. It was FREEZING, but she didn’t care. Everlee always enjoys going on walks and throwing rocks in the lake. She is so stinking cute!!
Happy Friday, everyone! I hope you all had a great week. As usual, we are so excited for the weekend! We have a fun few days ahead of us.
ONE: Shae had a four day weekend last weekend but unfortunately, Shae and Everlee were sick and miserable. So most of it was spent watching movies and cuddling.
TWO: Everlee looks like Chris Farley here and it KILLS me. Also, how cool is she in her KISS shirt? This girl blows my mind every day. She learns a new word almost every day now it seems like. She never really had a bottle so I feel like she never really said “baba” like most toddlers do. So this week she has been saying “baba” for her babies bottle, “ball,” and “papa” for grandpa. We’ve also been working on our colors, so we will see how she progresses!
Happy Friday, guys! We are are excited because Shae is home for FOUR days. We love four day weekends over here.
ONE: My family came over this weekend to spend the day with us and we had the best time! Our original plan was to go bowling but we ended up just hanging out at our house visiting, snacking, ordering pizzas and going for a walk around a lake near us. We seriously had so much fun and it was good to go on a long walk outside.
TWO: My dad has been staying with us all week because he is working up this way which is over a 3 hour drive for him. So it’s been nice seeing him every evening! He brought lots of fresh elk burger, steaks and crab so we have been loving all of that for dinners! Yum!
ONE: I’m not sure if you know, but we have two dogs! We have a yellow lab named Penelope and a black teacup chihuahua named Mylee. Penelope is 2 1/2 and the chunkiest, sweetest, outdoorsiest dog. Everlee yells “Peeeee!” everyday, all day long. They are best friends and it is so sweet. I snapped this picture on Sunday and had to share with you all and give you a little introduction!
If I’m being honest, I have kind of unplugged these last one – two weeks. My blog and YouTube have kind of gone to the side while I soaked up every minute with family. So I am sorry about the lack of work going into my posts. I promise I am coming back and have some serious motivation to kick ass this year on both platforms!
ONE: We celebrated a late Christmas with Shae’s dad, little sister, his brother and niece. We went over after Everlee woke up from her nap and walked in to the cutest came four wheeler! She hopped right on and ran into everything. Haha! Shae and I actually almost bought her the Minnie Mouse one on Black Friday and we are so glad we didn’t.
Happy Friday, friends! I feel like I am still recovering from Christmas. I swear I woke up the day after Christmas feeling hungover (jokes on me cause I’m pregnant). Finally, I’m feeling like I am recovering!
ONE: Christmas Eve was such a fun day. We really kept it low key but it was great! We had a big breakfast and finished up wrapping gifts, I made a homemade chicken buffalo dip in the crockpot and ended the night eating a bunch of appetizers. After Everlee went to sleep, the boys finished up putting together her play kitchen from Santa and my mom and I put together stockings and set up for Christmas morning.
