This is only Everlee’s second Valentine’s Day, but I remember how difficult it was to find gifts for her at only seven month old and even now so at 19 months old! Lots of people say that they are too young and won’t rememeber, and while that is true, I am a holiday freak and I plan to get my kiddos a little something. Most of the gifts I put on this gift guide have several other color options, but for the sake of the collage, I picked pink and/or red items.
Considering Valentine’s Day is next week, I wanted to throw together a little gift guide for girls of all ages! Honestly, any of the gifts I put in there could be used for teen girls, all the way up to more mature women. If you’re in a slump and have no idea what to get your wife, girlfriend, daughter, friend or coworker, any of these gifts would be great!
Drunk Elephant TLC Framboos Glycolic Night Serum – I bough the mini size of this and it came with their Marula Facial Oil as well, but unfortunately the oil breaks me out! This night serum is amazing and I hate to even say it because the full size is $90!! But with that being said, if you have textured, uneven skin, you will love this stuff! I noticed pretty immediately how much smoother my skin was after using it. I also regally appreciate it because I have very sensitive and it hasn’t been to harsh for me! I will be purchasing the full size… soonish. Haha!
L’Oréal Pro Glow Foundation – An oldy but a goody! This has been one of my favorite foundations forever. It doesn’t cling to my dry patches, it is affordable and their lightest shade is a great shade match for me!
Touch in Sol No Poreblem Primer– I purchased this when it was recently new to the market and loved it, but then didn’t repurchase. I just repurchased it again and LOVE it. It’s also so affordable on Amazon! I got mine for $10-12!
Maybelline Fit Me Concealer – While this isn’t the most full coverage concealer out there, it does the job and is probably my favorite drug store concealer. This is always my go-to if I run out of my Tarte Shape Tape and can’t make it to Ulta.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder – I actually use this to set my under eyes and it’s amazing!
Since I have been in my third trimester for a few weeks now, I have a real idea on what would be considered a must have and what really isn’t necessary. I’ve stumbled across these types of posts and there is a list of 10-15 things and half of them I find unnecessary.
My first recommendation is a good comfortable pair of shoes. With the extra weight you gain in the third trimester, your feet can hurt pretty quickly. Depending on the season, it will vary. If you just need an every day tennis shoe, I HIGHLY recommend these! They are SO comfortable. I seriously rave about these to everyone and they are super cute. If you’re in need of a good pair of winter boots, I got these c9 boots For Christmas and I adore them! They are super comfortable and really stylish.
At the end of November, I joined a 12 Days of Christmas Blog swap hosted by Angie over at My So-Called Chaos. The idea behind this is that you’re paired up with a fellow blogger, and you each exchange 12 gifts to open up on the 12 days leading to Christmas. I was so excited for this and have loved opening up a gift every single day.
I ended up being paired with a girl named McKenzie and she was so much fun to shop for. You can check out her blog here! Go give her some love and support and tell her I sent you! 😉
On December 14th, I woke up and opened my first gift first thing that morning. What can I say, I was really excited to start. I picked one of the bugger gifts she sent and ended up getting the most adorable shadow box calendar. It is already on my desk now, but I’m excited to start using it for the new year!
I have to say, opening up my stocking for Christmas every year is one of my favorite things! It is always full of your favorite candy and a whole bunch of goodies! If I am spending Christmas with my family, now that we are grown adults, we draw names for who is going to put together whose stocking. That way, everyone usually ends up with a pretty good stocking! I wanted to put together a huge list of stocking stuffers for the entire family this year and I hope it helps you out for some ideas for the people in your family. What are some of your favorite items you get in your stocking every year?
With Black Friday approaching next week, I wanted to make sure to put out the ultimate Christmas gift guide. Every year, I am scouring online trying to find gifts for family and friends, so instead, I decided to throw together the ultimate gift guide! I truly hope this gift guide helps and gives you a little inspiration on what to get your loved ones this holiday season. Be on the lookout for stocking stuffer ideas and a gift exchange guide to come in the near future. Happy shopping!
