36 Week Bumpdate | Baby #2

How far along: 36 weeks! We are at the home stretch!

Baby is the size of a: A papaya.

Weight gain: My appt is tomorrow, so I will come back and update!

Maternity clothes: Yes! Although, I can’t stand the feeling of anything tight on my belly right now. It makes it feel like it’s hard to breathe.

Sleep: I have been sleeping much better this week. Still up a lot to pee, but not as uncomfortable during the night!

Gender: GIRL! Gosh, I can’t wait to see what she looks like. Will she come out with black hair like her sister?

Movement: She is moving lots, but it’s more of just feeling her move. Not really kicks or anything. Just her rolling around. Shae thinks it’s so weird!

Best moment this week: Definitely finding out that Shae gets to stay home with us! He was supposed to leave to the field last week but because of the snow storm, he got to stay home with us and we were so happy!

Looking forward to: Meeting our sweet girl SO SOON!

Food cravings: Sour candy (specifically, sour Mike Ike’s and sour punch straws), Body Armour drinks, ice, snow (it snowed and I’ve been wanting to eat it), chicken nuggets with ranch!

Anything make you sick or queasy: Not really but I didn’t feel pretty nauseous the other day. I think I just needed to eat, though!

Labor signs: Nope!

What I miss: Well I was really missing being able to have a drink during this snow storm! If I wasn’t pregnant, Shae and I would be making hot cocoa with whipped vodka or something. But, we can do it next year when we are in Alaska!

Symptoms: Pretty much the same as last week. My eczema is still on my hands and annoying as ever, still having the worst rib pain on my right side, Braxton Hicks. Just overall incredibly tired.

Belly button in or out: Still in, but about to be flat!

Wedding rings on or off: On!

Mood: Last week, I was super emotional and so not myself. I’m feeling much better this week and overall really anxious and excited to meet our baby!
