I am a huge sucker for going all out for the holidays! Especially now that I am a mom, I want to make every holiday as special as I can. I know not everyone is for Valentine’s Day, but… I am! So I rounded up 15 sweet treats to make this February ranging from kids treats, to snacks, to alcoholic beverages and even a treat for the dogs in your life!
Raspberry White Hot Chocolate – This looks SO good. I am dying to try this yummy pink drink. Also, how cute and perfect is it for Valentine’s Day? This would be a perfect treat in the morning or something to enjoy before bed!
Valentine’s Day Chex Treat – Chex mix is one of my favorite things, so when I saw this adorable Valentine’s Day themed mix, I was sold! This is a great snack for kids and toddlers. I know Everlee would really love this!
Valentine’s Macarons – HOW CUTE?! Am I right? I’ve never made a macaron before but these make me want to try. If you don’t have a heart mold, you could even just make regular round ones and they would still be super cute!
Strawberry Jello Parfait – These look so fancy but are actually so easy. I think I may actually make these for us on Valentine’s Day considering you only need 3 ingredients (jello, strawberries and whip cream)!
Circus Cookie Milkshake – This screams sugar overload, but definitely something my husband would thoroughly enjoy. I bet the kids would love these as an end of the day treat as well!
White Chocolate Valentine’s Day Popcorn – This cute popcorn would make a delicious snack, or even a really easy last minute gift for a teacher, neighbor or friend! You could make a big patch, put it in cute boxes, tins or bags and done! I especially love the conversation hearts in there. So cute!
Red Velvet Whoopie Pies – Um, yum!? A red velvet sandwich cookie? These are a must-make this Valentine’s Day season.
Chocolate Covered Oreo Pops – Here is an easy treat to make with the kiddos. Go grab your favorite Oreos (or any cookie, really), some lollipo sticks, whatever color candy melts you want and whatever sprinkles you fancy. You can customize these to your liking and the kids would love making their own little cookie pop!
Raspberry Moscato Sangria – Okay, this pink drink looks so refreshing and yummy! I’m a little sad to be pregnant and missing out on such a cute cocktail. I will have to try it out next year! If you’ve tried this, please let me know how good it is!
Ombré Raspberry Lemon Sugar Cookies – These cookies look to die for! I am a sucker for ombré and also for more natural ingredients. This recipe calls for crushed up berries as the sweetener/coloring for the frosting. Yum!
Strawberry Cupcakes w/ Cream Cheese Frosting – If you need to bake something for yours kids classmates, these seem like they would be perfect for the job! Honestly, I’d want to make a batch for myself at home, but that’s besides the point. You could even just use a strawberry cake mix and use cream cheese frosting, but I can bet this homemade recipe would be 100x better!
Rosé Raspberry Sorbet Mimosa’s – My mouth is actually watering looking at these girly cocktails! Honestly, I’m not huge on champagne but I can get down with a delicious mimosas. Not only would they be perfect for Valentine’s Day, but they’d be a hit at bridal showers, baby showers, etc. I love that they used sorbet in this. Sounds so good!
Marbled Valentine Sugared Cookies – Yes, another cookie recipe. But can you blame me? These marbles sugar cookies are screaming at me to make! I’ve never seen anything cuter!
Pink Cinnamon Rolls – This would be such a treat to make the night before and serve for breakfast. It’s not very often we all get the chance to wake up and eat a giant pink cinnamon roll!
Valentine’s Day Pupcakes – You can’t possibly think I would forget a treat for your dogs! They can’t be left out and I would highly NOT recommend sharing the above treats with your fur baby. These are so darling and my Labrador, Penelope, would eat these up in a second!
